Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping fees on any returned shipments that may be incurred by shipping internationally.

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email if you would like to exchange product for another item in stock or if you would like a refund for the product purchased that is out of stock.

If a refund is requested, refunds will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card.

 

Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we cannot add or remove items from your order.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages?

Please contact your local USPS office, We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when tracking shows delivery confirmation

 *** ALL HANGTAGS SHOULD BE REMOVED WITH SCISSORS, NOT PULLED OUT AS THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE****

How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed.  Please check your spam folder as sometimes the email will be sent to spam.  Feel free to contact us, via email at Inquiries@blackhopecurse.com with any questions. 

Why hasn't  my order shipped?

Please note your order can take anywhere from 24hrs to 6 days for processing, packing and shipping. Please allow this time to receive a shipping notice, before sending us an email. If you haven't received a ship notice, please check your email and spam folders or email us at Inquiries@blackhopecurse.com   

I've Received My Order But I'd Like To Return It Or Exchange It For A Different Size, How Can I Do This?

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund not including original shipping costs, as long as all items are in their new and unaltered condition: i.e., unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
