Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.  Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be incurred by shipping internationally.


What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email if you would like to exchange product for another item in stock or if you would like a refund for the product purchased that is out of stock.

if a refund is requested, refunds will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card.


Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we cannot add or remove items from your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages?

Please contact your local USPS office, We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when tracking shows delivery confimation

How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed.  Please check your spam folder as sometimes the email will be sent to spam.  Feel free to contact us, via email at with any questions. 

Why hasn't  my order shipped?

Please note your order can take anywhere from 24hrs to 6 days for processing, packing and shipping. Please allow this time to receive a shipping notice, before sending us an email. If you haven't received a ship notice, please check your email and spam folders or email us at   

I've Received My Order But I'd Like To Return It Or Exchange It For A Differnt Size, How Can I Do This?

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund not including original shipping costs. 

Prior to shipping anything back you must email within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed) and have all original tags/labels attached.  We reserved the right to refuse any returns if the items show any signs of wear, alterations or damage.  Only items purchased at can be returned.  Customer is financially responsible for shipping the items back to us. BHC will not be held accountable for any lost packages.
